Cape Cod Synagogue to Provide Christmas Dinner to Those in Need

MealHYANNIS – The Cape Cod Synagogue is providing Christmas Dinner to those in need, but are asking for the public’s help.

The Synagogue has prepared and served a dinner to the homeless and those in need on the Cape for over 60 years.

Members of the Synagogue have donated food and prepared turkeys and other dishes for a banquet that serves up to 200 meals.

The Synagogue is looking for volunteers to help greet, prepare food, serve and clean up at the event on Christmas Day.

The Synagogue will also be accepting pairs of new adult warm socks that will be given out to those who attend or need them.

The dinner takes place at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Synagogue’s location on Winter Street in Hyannis.
