Cape Cod Tech Receives HVAC Grant for Adult Training

HARWICH–Cape Cod Regional Technical High School received a two year grant for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) training. The funding was made possible by a Senator Kenneth J. Donnelly Workforce Success Grant.

The program will give adults free entry-level HVAC training, including lessons on theory, hands-on practice, safety, and health. Students will be able to shadow employees of HVAC companies in the area. Graduates will receive a certificate of completion, and also gain the opportunity to apply to multiple partnering companies.

The first class begins early next year. For more information, visit www.capetech.us.
