Cape Legislators to Host Environment & Energy Town Hall Meeting

ORLEANS – A town hall style meeting will be held by local legislators next weekend on the Outer Cape to discuss environmental and energy issues.

Cape and Islands State Senator Julian Cyr (D-Truro) and 4^th Barnstable State Representative Sarah Peake (D-Provincetown) will host the event Saturday, April 13 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Nauset Regional Middle School in Orleans.

The town hall meeting will include a question and answer session and panel discussion with representatives from local environment and energy organizations.

Several state and local organizations are sponsoring the event, led by the Environmental League of Massachusetts.
