EASTHAM – Officials with the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School head to the Lower Cape Tuesday night to pitch their plan for a new facility ahead of a district-wide vote later this month.

An information session for Eastham and Orleans residents is planned from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Eastham Library. This is the fourth public meeting the school has held in advance of the October 24 vote.

Future sessions are planned at the Bridgewater State University campus in Yarmouth on October 5, the Wellfleet Senior Center on October 10, and at Cape Cod Tech in Harwich on October 11.

If the vote were to pass, the 12 towns in the district would share $86 million of the construction bill, with the Massachusetts School Building Authority covering the rest. The cost to each town would be determined by enrollment percentage.
