CapeSpace Hosting Events to Help Local Work Professionals

HYANNIS – CapeSpace is hosting two events this week that are focused on supporting working professionals in the region.

On Tuesday, the Hyannis coworking facility will welcome Gene Sorbo, an agile enthusiast, certified scrum master and owner of Strong Tower Solutions, for a lunch and learn, to help remote workers find ways to improve their work experience.

Starting at noon and ending at 1:30 pm, the event will demonstrate how telecommuters can use group coaching sessions to collaborate, network, and exchange ideas with others facing similar work challenges.

The session is free with soft drinks provided; guests are encouraged to bring their own lunch.

On Wednesday, commercial photographer Christine Hochkeppel will return to CapeSpace for those looking to update their professional head shots.

The owner of Salty Broad Studios, Hochkeppel is scheduling 10-minute sessions, from 10 am to 4 pm.

Priced at $50, each session will include studio lighting on a white background; digital delivery of 15-25 proofs from a password-protected gallery; and two-toned and retouched high resolution and web-sized pictures for unlimited promotional use.

Joining Christine is makeup professional Lisa George who will be offering her services prior to having your head shots taken.
