Cape Cod Community College Presents “Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind”

WEST BARNSTABLE – The Tilden Arts Center at Cape Cod Community College will be presenting Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind beginning this Thursday.

Too Much Light was the longest running show in Chicago through 2016 and the only open-run Off-Off-Broadway show in New York. This production is the New England premiere of the piece, and consists of 30 plays performed in random order as determined by the audience over the course of an hour.

The plays are a mixture of autobiography and performance art, with several opportunities for audience participation. A countdown clock keeps things moving, and your admission price is determined at the door, in part by the roll of a six-sided die! And there’s a bonus — if it’s a sell out, they order PIZZA!

Don’t miss this dynamic and unconventional evening of plays — guaranteed never to be the same show twice as each evening the audience determines how many plays will be swapped out for the next show.

Please note: this show contains adult language and themes and may not be suitable for all audiences.
