CHAMP Homes to Honor ‘Libby’ Stevens at 25th Gala

HARWICH – Champ Homes will celebrate 25 years next Thursday with a “Home is Where the Heart Is” Gala.

The non-profit organization will honor the life of CHAMP Homes benefactor Elizabeth “Libby” Stevens.

CHAMP Homes will also honor State Senator Dan Wolf and homeless advocate Dan McCullough.

The evening will also feature a silent auction, cocktails and buffet dinner.

The gala is from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Harwich. To purchase tickets visit champhomes.org.

CHAMP Homes has been providing and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for formerly homeless individuals for 25 years. The organization, which was founded in 1991, has helped over 2,500 individuals on Cape Cod.

CHAMP Homes currently provides housing for up to 65 residents aged 17 to 80. Many of the residents are at-risk individuals who face mental, physical or emotional disabilities or are recovering from addiction.
