Chatham Healthcare Organization Receives Dual Recognition

CHATHAM – A Chatham healthcare organization has received recognition this week for the service provided to its patients, residents and families.

Broad Reach Healthcare’s Liberty Commons was notified this week by US News & World Report that it ranked among the best nursing homes in the state. The home is one of only two on Cape Cod to receive the honor.

The organization’s employees also voted it to the Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work in Massachusetts for the ninth straight year.

The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits and engagement.

Broad Reach Healthcare ranked 11^th in the large category which encompasses workplaces with 250 to 999 workers.

The organization was established in Chatham in 1986 and includes Liberty Commons Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, The Victorian Assisted Living Residence, Broad Reach Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic and Broad Reach Hospice & Palliative Care.
