Clinical Psychiatrist Holds Presentation on Higher Education in Hyannis

HYANNIS – Parents of high school and college-aged children are invited to the Hyannis Public Library on Friday at 3 p.m.

Dr. IIan Goldberg will conduct a presentation called “When Higher Education Fails: What Every Parent Should Know About Mental Health in College Students”.

Goldberg will discuss what constitutes mental health, how to identify signs that kids might be struggling, and what can be done to help.

Goldberg, a clinical psychiatrist, is on a mission to educate parents on issues relating to mental health, executive functioning, and emotional development in the college student population.
