CENTERVILLE – The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department has announced next year’s open burn dates.
The season begins January 15 and runs until May 1.
Anyone wishing to burn must have a permit. The Department mailed out permits to all residents who had one last year.
Any fires must be kept at least 75 feet away from buildings and before burning residents must check with the fire department.
Burning hours are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, check with your local department for requirements in your area.
