EASTHAM – The Community Development Partnership will be hosting their 5th Annual Summer Evening on the Farm next month.
The evening starts at the bucolic Halcyon Farm in Brewster, where guests will enjoy samples of local cuisine and drinks as well as live musical entertainment and a live auction emceed by former State Senator Dan Wolf.
Guests will also have an opportunity to meet individuals served by the CDP over the years and network with others interested in a strong Lower Cape community.
“Twenty-six years ago, a truly visionary group of community leaders founded the CDP with a commitment to creating opportunities for people to live, work and thrive on the Lower Cape,” said Jay Coburn, CDP Chief Executive Officer.
“On the 22nd, we will celebrate our accomplishments in supporting small businesses and creating more affordable housing, while rededicating ourselves to continuing to nurture a vibrant Lower Cape community.”
The event will take place on Wednesday, August 22nd from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Halcyon Farm in Brewster and will be followed by A Farm to Table Feast at Sunbird Kitchen in Orleans later that evening.
Tickets are $75 for general admission and $30 for kids 15 and under.
