Concert Across America Coming to Hyannis this Week

HYANNIS – Throughout the coming week, The Concert Across America will take place in venues throughout the country.

The event was originally created in 2016 to coincide with the congressionally designated day of remembrance for murder victims, which is September 25th.

The nationwide musical experience, spearheaded by “Stop Handgun Violence” in Boston, brings together a network of organizations, activists, and artists to take a united stand against gun violence.

The free concert is reaching out to people across the nation to band together and mobilize with music and be heard in one voice against gun violence.

The event is set to make a stop in Hyannis on Wednesday, September 25th from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cape Cod Synagogue, located at 145 Winter Street, Hyannis.

Musicians include: Kim Moberg, Dr. Mark Walcutt & friends, Jay Cornwall, Kai Waynen, Kris & Jim Hill, Julie Lariviere, Sierra Sullivan & Andrea Williams, Cantor Bruce Malin, and Rabbi David Freelund.
