TRURO – Congressman Joseph Kennedy III has endorsed Julian Cyr for Cape and Islands State Senate.
In a statement, Kennedy said Cyr will fight for working families, advocate for economic development projects, and will work to address the opiate epidemic.
“Julian will come to the State House with an unrivaled understanding of the unique challenges this region faces,” Kennedy said.
Cyr is running against Republican Anthony Schiavi. Incumbent Senator Dan Wolf is not seeking re-election.
