YARMOUTHPORT – The Cape Cod Foundation has unveiled a new web-based platform called CONNECT Cape Cod, aimed at local nonprofits and the people involved with them.
The site will serve as a central access point for existing resources and information that nonprofits, their funders, government and other stakeholders can access.
It features data which will connect people to services, map local resources and programs, and provide guides for funding requests.
The website was originally created by the Urban Center Institute’s National Center for Charitable Statistics but was bought by The Cape Cod Foundation and reconstituted with Cape-oriented information and theming.
The website is currently live at www.connectcapecod.org.
