DENNIS – The Dennis Finance Committee will hold a work session Wednesday evening to discuss concerns and questions regarding the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School building project.
Estimated costs for the school were recently lowered to $127 million from $141 million.
The Massachusetts School Building Authority will reimburse about 32 percent of the project’s costs, which leaves just over $86 million to be covered by the school’s 12 district towns.
The cost of each town’s contribution is based on how many students from each community attend the school.
Finance committee members from other towns in the district are invited to attend the discussion at 6 p.m. at Town Hall.
The project will go before voters in all of the towns in the district on October 24.
If approved by voters, construction could begin in the fall of 2019 with a completion date expected in the summer of 2021.
