HARWICH – A Dennis man was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence for the 4th time in Harwich early Friday.
John Forsythe Jr., 45, was charged with fourth offense OUI and driving with a revoked license, according to police.
Harwich police said Forsythe was pulled over on Lower County Road near the intersection of Earle Road around 1:30 a.m. after an officer noticed the vehicle traveling slowly and stopping in the area of vacant homes.
According to the arresting officer, the odor of alcohol was detectable on the suspects breath as he spoke.
Forsythe was held overnight on $800 cash bail.
