DENNISPORT – A Dennisport man is accused of stealing a car and driving drunk stemming from an incident over the weekend.
Dennis police arrested Robert Diaz, 28, after they say he stole a Toyota Camry and crashed it into a dumpster early Sunday morning. Police responded to the scene off Route 28 and say Diaz resisted arrest.
This is the second time Diaz has been charged with operating under the influence.
He faces a litany of charges.
