Drainage Improvements to Close Cotuit Road in Sandwich

SANDWICH – Drainage improvements will be made on Cotuit Road in Sandwich next week.

DPW crews will conduct the work Thursday, November 14 between Asa Meiggs Road and Salt Kettle Lane.

The roadway is expected to be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The work will consist of adding drainage structures and pipes to mitigate a drainage issue at this location.

Motorists should expect delays during the work hours, and a detour will be in place for through-traffic on Cotuit Road. All local users will have access to area homes while the work is ongoing.
