BOSTON – An El Salvadoran national will be deported for a third time after pleading guilty to reentry of a deported alien in Federal Court in Boston this week.
Jose Antonio Reyes- Ramos, 33, was sentenced to time served after his plea, 81 days.
The judge in the case was U.S. District Court Judge Leo T. Sorkin.
Deportation proceedings are expected to commence immediately, Reyes-Ramos was also deported to El Salvador in 2011 and 2012.
In 2017, after Ramos Reyes illegally returned to the United States, he was arrested on Cape Cod for sexual conduct for a fee.
On April 19, 2018, Ramos-Reyes was taken into custody by immigration.
