Electronic Income Tax Return Filing in Massachusetts Now Open

HYANNIS – Electronically filed state income tax returns are now being accepted by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.

Commissioner Geoffrey Snyder encouraged residents to file the returns as early as possible and electronically, in order to ensure that refunds can be issued quickly while also adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Both state and federal income tax returns can be filed through April 15. For more information, visit the DOR’s website by clicking here.
