KA__Cape Faces_Mark Forest Democratic Kickoff_031316_066YARMOUTH – A national environmental organization has endorsed Mark Forest for Barnstable County Commissioner.

Clean Water Action cited Forest’s work to clean up pollution at the Massachusetts Military Reservation and his efforts to protect Cape Cod’s marine environment as some of the reasons for their endorsement.

“The protection of our water resources and drinking water supplies is critical for the health of our environment and our economy,” Forest said. “I am honored that a widely respected national organization such as Clean Water Action not only understand the importance of protecting our water resources but has endorsed my campaign.”

Forest, incumbent Mary Pat Flynn, Ron Beaty, and Linda Bond are running for two seats on the Commission.
