Falmouth Chorale To Present Multiple Works In Upcoming Performance

FALMOUTH – The Falmouth Chorale will present “In Paradisum”, a selection of works from 19^th and 20^th century composers, on March 10 and 11.

It will take place at the Falmouth Academy’s Simon center. 

The concert will include Daniel Pinkham’s “Wedding Contata”, “Psalm 42” by Felix Mendelssohn and Gabriel Faure’s “”Requiem”.   The title of the show is taken from  Requiem’s final movement.  They have not performed the piece for 11 years. 

The chorale’s mission is to share the joy of singing and present the variety of music that has been created over the centuries.  They have been performing for 54 years over which time they have had nearly 1000 singers.
