Falmouth Plow Driver Sentenced

FALMOUTH – The Falmouth plow driver who sent a stream of ice and snow toward a group of about 50 anti-Trump Protesters over the President’s Day weekend was sentenced to 20 hours of community service and 50 months of probation.

In addition, Pimental must pen a letter of apology to the protestors which must be approved by Judge Lisa Edmonds.

32 year old John Pimental of Mashpee admitted in Falmouth District Court on Monday to facts sufficient to a charge of disorderly conduct, assault charges were dropped. The incident took place on February 19th in the area of the village green in Woods Hole.

Pimental, a private contractor, had not been assigned to the area.
