FALMOUTH – Victims of gun violence will be remembered tonight at a vigil in Falmouth, on the third anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary School killings.
Grandmothers Against Gun Violence, an organization founded by Cummaquid resident Linda Alhart in the aftermath of Sandy Hook, is putting on the annual remembrance event, which is described as an interfaith event to remember all victims of gun violence.
Local clergy members and U.S. Congressman Bill Keating (D-Bourne) will be on hand for the vigil, which begins at 6 o’clock at Peg Noonan Park.
The vigil is one of many nationwide being held to remember the Sandy Hook massacre.
