CHILMARK – The First Family hit the beach and ate dinner with friends yesterday as they continued their vacation on Martha’s Vineyard.

The Obamas spent the day on a private barrier beach between the Atlantic Ocean and Edgartown Great Pond.

The President and family ate dinner with friends at State Road in West Tisbury before returning to their rented home in Chilmark.

President Obama has played two rounds of golf since arriving on Saturday, both times at Farm Neck Golf Club in Oak Bluffs.

The First Family has vacationed on the island every year since 2009, with the exception of 2012.
