HYANNIS – Hyannis residents will have the chance to hear from the developers of two proposed projects in the East End at a meeting next week.
The Greater Hyannis Civic Association will host a forum on the projects on Tuesday, April 18 at 7 p.m. at the Steamship Authority building on School Street.
Shoestring Properties wants to build a luxury condo complex on Hyannis Harbor at the current Dockside Bar property, while Capebuilt Development is hoping to build workforce townhomes on Pleasant Street.
Attendees will have the chance to ask the developers questions during the meeting. Representatives from Shoestring Properties will begin their presentation at 7 p.m. while Capebuilt Development officials will address their proposal at 8 p.m.
