Free Fun Friday! At Cape Cod Museum of Art

DENNIS- The Cape Cod Museum of Art’s garden, grounds and galleries will be free and open to the public, during this years ‘Free Fun Friday’ this August.

Featured activities include a kite flying and building course where children can fly the finished product in front of the museum.

Children and families can also join artist Sarah Holl who will be drawing pastel portraits of kids to take home as a special work of art.

Megan Murphy of the Kindness Rocks Project will also be on hand to leave rocks in random places with uplifting messages that could make someone’s day, and more.

This free day for the family follows a long standing tradition at CCMOA and is now among the 100 institutions across Massachusetts participating in this year’s Free Fun Friday initiative, thanks to the Highland Street Foundation.

The fun begins August 3rd from 10-3 at the Cape Cod Museum of Art.
