HYANNIS – The Cape Cod Foundation has a new fund.
Gardening for Food will be awarding grants of up to $350 in support of groups that are teaching gardening skills.
Charities and educators may apply for a grant by December 1st. The fund will also support start-up gardens and a range of other related projects.
All projects must also support diversity including people of different ages, genders, backgrounds and sexual orientations.
The foundation has distributed more than $60 million in grants and scholarships since its founding in 1989.
