BOSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gasoline in Massachusetts has dipped by another 2 cents in the past week.
AAA Northeast said Monday that its weekly price survey found self-serve, regular selling for an average of $2.64 per gallon.
That price is a dime lower than a month ago and 94 cents lower than on the same date a year ago. The in-state price is also 7 cents per gallon below the national average.
According to gasbuddy.com, regular unleaded ranged from $2.67 to $3.09 a gallon on Cape Cod.
