Gas Prices Higher on Cape Cod

BARNSTABLE – For the second straight week, residents across the Commonwealth are paying a little less to fill their tanks.

Triple-A Southern New England reports that the average price in Massachusetts for a gallon of self-serve regular dropped two cents to $3.66.

Cape Codders are paying slightly more, however, with a gallon of self-serve regular selling for $3.71 on average in Barnstable. That’s 5 cents higher than the statewide average.
