BOSTON – American service members killed in the line of duty and their families will be honored today with a special holiday ceremony at the State House.
Governor Baker and other state officials will dedicate this year’s Gold Star family tree in a ceremony starting at 1:30 pm.
Family members will hang photos and messages of their loved ones on the tree.
A number of veterans organizations will be on hand to hang ornaments representing their individual groups.
