FALMOUTH – The 3rd Annual Polar Plunge to benefit Gosnold, an addiction and mental health provider, will take place on Saturday.
It will be held at Falmouth Heights Beach on Grand Avenue starting at 12 p.m. Registration will begin at 11:00.
Anyone who wishes to attend is welcome. Those not taking the plunge are asked to make a donation to assist with alumni programs.
Fifty people ran into Vineyard Sound during 2016’s event.
There is a $25 plunge fee, with those who raise $100 or more receiving a beach towel.
All paying participants will get a 2018 Polar Plunge long sleeve t-shirt.
