Graduation For Cancer Survivors Being Held By YMCA

WEST BARNSTABLE – Ten cancer survivors are getting ready to graduate from the YMCA Cape Cod’s Livestrong program. 

The ceremony will take place at the Y’s West Barnstable location on March 29^th from 11:00 to 12:30 .   The event is open to the public. 

Livestrong is a free twelve week program which has as its goal to help survivors get back their physical, emotional and social strength.  These are often lost as a result of treatment.  

With the help of certified instructors and lifestyle coaches, participant’s experience a sense of confidence, community and comfort. 

The next session will begin on April 24^th.
