BOSTON – Several Cape towns will get a share of nearly $300,000 in regional wastewater funding courtesy of the Commonwealth’s Community Compact Grants.
Barnstable, Dennis, Harwich, and Yarmouth will split $150,000 while Bourne, Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich, and Joint Base Cape Cod were awarded $140,000.
In announcing the awards Governor Charlie Baker said that it is important for state government to serve as a reliable partner for local communities.
