DENNIS – Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod is holding a kickoff party this evening to celebrate the beginning of construction on three new homes in Dennis. The public is invited to the celebration at 5 at the Dennis Union Church, the families who are purchasing the homes will be in attendance along with officials from Habitat.
“This reception is an opportunity for people to meet their new neighbors and a short info session for potential volunteers and those curious to know what we will be building and about the Habitat program. We hope to see old friends and new and encourage volunteering with us. Everyone has something to offer and we’ll find a place for you.” says Vicki Goldsmith, Executive Director Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod.
The homes are set to be built on South Yarmouth Road and Jannal Drive in Dennis.
