YARMOUTH PORT – Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod is seeking out volunteers to help out at the organizations ReStores in Falmouth and Yarmouth.
Habitat’s ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that new and gently used furniture, accessories, home appliances, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price. The program recycles items and keeps them out of landfills.
For interested volunteers, shifts last from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A variety of volunteer opportunities exist, including stocking shelves, merchandising, customer service, marketing and donation assistance.
