CAPE COD- The Housing Assistance Corporation will host a lottery information session for 6 affordable apartments at Laurentide in Mashpee Commons.
Opening this summer, Laurentide is a 70-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility being constructed by the Burlington-based Northbridge Companies.
The affordable apartments are available to those over the age of 62 who earn less than the maximum annual income of $48,300 (studio) or $51,750 (1-bedroom).
Parents, caregivers or residents interested in learning more about the affordable apartments and the lottery process are encouraged to attend next week’s information session.
The meeting will take place on June 14th at 5:30 pm at the Mashpee Senior Center located at 26 Frank E. Hicks Drive.
Applications for the apartments are available at Mashpee Town Hall and the deadline to file is set for August 14th at 5 pm.
