HARWICH – Harwich officials have closed Town Hall and Brooks Free Library as a result of the major storm which rocked Cape Cod today.
Town Hall Meetings have been canceled.
The Community Center is on generator power and will be open until 9 p.m. but regularly scheduled programs have been canceled.
Officials are asking residents to remain at home to allow utility crews to restore power.
