Harwich Reaches Contract Agreement with New Police Chief

HARWICH – Harwich Selectmen have approved a contract with David Guillemette to become the town’s next police chief.

Guillemette’s first day on the job is July 20.

The contract stipulates that Guillemette will have to go through a background check.

The Sandwich Police lieutenant replaces Police Chief William Mason who is retiring at the end of the month.
