Head-On Crash in Hyannis Sends Two to the Hospital

ambulanceHYANNIS – A head-on crash in Hyannis Monday afternoon sent two women to Cape Cod Hospital.

Hyannis Fire and Rescue crews arrived near 678 Pitchers Way to find both vehicles had airbags deploy and suffered heavy front end damage, according to Hyannis Fire Captain Hans Kristofferson.

Kristofferson said both drivers were taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening and fire crews remained on scene to clean up fluid spills from the crash.

Barnstable police are investigating.
