Health Needs Assessment Forum Planned For Cape Cod Hospital Today

KA_Hyannis_Cape Hospital04_11315HYANNIS – Cape Cod Healthcare continues an effort to assess the health needs of Barnstable County residents.

Company officials gathered feedback from Cape Codders over the last few months, and will put on a forum for health and human services organizations this afternoon at Cape Cod Hospital.

The event begins at 3 o’clock in the Lorusso Board Room, and follows up a similar meeting last week at Falmouth Hospital.

The health needs assessment is conducted every 3 years.

“This assessment leads and identifies the priorities we use to build partnerships in the community, give out grants and some new program development within the hospitals as well,” said Cape Cod Healthcare’s Director of Community Benefits Lisa Guyon.
