Red Cross Hero Nominations Due By Sunday

HYANNIS – If you know someone who saved a life, helped someone in need or went above and beyond serving their community, the Red Cross wants to hear from you by Sunday. 

They are accepting nominations for their 16th annual Heroes of the Cape, Islands and Southeast MA Chapter awards. 

Community service, lifesaving, individuals with disabilities, armed forces, professional and youth heroes will be honored at a breakfast on Friday April 13^th.  It will be held at The Resort & Conference Center in Hyannis at 7:30 AM. 

The deadline for nominations is December 31^st.  They will contact nominators by early February regarding their nominee, with those selected to be announced by the end of that month.
