Hyannis – The town of Barnstable is the recipient of an award for the rehabilitation and restoration of the U.S. Custom House in Barnstable Village.
The honor, which came on November 2nd, comes from the Massachusetts Historical Commission. Former Town Councilor Ann Canedy accepted the award on behalf of the town.
Town Council was told of the award at that evening’s Council meeting.
