HYANNIS – The Barnstable Licensing Authority will hold a show cause hearing for Scottie’s Famous Pizza this morning.
The Hyannis business faces a number of alleged licensing violations, including not having rules and regulations on site, allowing non-employees on the property after closing, not having a list of alcoholic drinks available, and allowing glasses to remain on the bar after closing. Police say they were not allowed to access to the property for inspections.
The hearing gets underway at 9:30 this morning.
