Hyannis Comfort Inn Sold

HYANNIS – The Comfort Inn in Hyannis was sold this week for more than $4 million in an unusual 45-day process.

Chuck Carey of Carey Commercial Real Estate was the local listing agent on the sale.

The inn is on a little over four acres on Route 132. The hotel was built in the late 1970s.

He said listing the property on Auction.com resulted in 5,000 inquiries and between 60 and 70 showings of the property.
