Hyannis Main Street Welcomes New Businesses to the Neighborhood

HYANNIS- When Cape Cod Healthcare spent around $4 million dollars to move 225 marketing, finance, and business strategy jobs to the West End of Hyannis, merchants in the Main Street area knew it would help revitalize downtown.

In addition to office spaces, the new building located at 297 North Street has conference rooms, a café for employees, and gated parking areas.

Other improvements that are in the works for the Main Street area include a Children’s Museum sponsored by Cape Cod Child Development, an International Film Festival that will be part of Hyannis Open Streets celebration this October.

Anejo Mexican restaurant and Kilwins candy store are also among new businesses popping up on Main Street.

These projects are all part of Hyannis Main Street Business Improvement District’s mission to help revitalize Hyannis’s downtown, by creating opportunities that make it a great place to shop, dine, live and work.
