HYANNIS – Main Street, Pearl Street, South Street and Ocean Street in Hyannis are getting a face lift.
The DPW will begin doing repairs on Monday October 23 and continue through November 30.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised to seek alternative routes, as they may be re-directed.
The construction will take place from 7 A.M. until 5 P.M.
The work will include repair of failed curb and sidewalk sections, correction of tripping hazards in existing areas, repair of broken tree grates, complying with the Americans with Disabilities act and improving aesthetics.
