Hyannis Woman Faces Third OUI Charge in Two Weeks

HYANNIS – A Hyannis woman is facing her third operating under the influence charge in just two weeks.

Tara Tobin, 24, was arrested by police Sunday after allegedly fleeing from the scene of a crash on Oak Neck Road. Police believe the crashed car was stolen by Tobin.

Tobin faces a litany of charges stemming from the incident.

This is the fourth time she has been charged with driving drunk.
