JFK Hyannis Museum to Host Drug Forum

HYANNIS – The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum will be hosting a symposium this morning regarding pain management, addiction, and the opioid epidemic in Massachusetts.

The event will feature a panel of doctors from Harvard Medical School specializing in management and addiction to discuss the region’s issues and ways to combat the crisis.

The discussion will include updates on the latest efforts to effectively treat opioid use disorder and ways to improve outcomes for patients experiencing addiction through expanded access and informed care.

The forum will get underway 10 AM at the museum on Main Street in Hyannis.
