Junior Yarmouth Police Officer Leah Thanks Everyone for Support

Officer LeahYARMOUTH – A Yarmouth girl is thanking everyone for their support as she recovered from her 10th spinal surgery in 3 years.

Leah Archambault, who was named a junior officer by Yarmouth Police, has posted a video thank you message on Youtube for the thousands of cards she received from around the world.

“The cards made me smile more, laugh a lot and learn about many people and places,” she said. “I have so many favorite jokes, cards and gifts.”

Leah says she is doing much better and thanked the doctors who provided care at Boston Children’s Hospital. She also said she is glad it’s over.

“I can’t wait until the end of July to go swimming,” she said.

She thanked Yarmouth police for honoring her and delivering her all the cards and gifts.

Leah also sang a patriotic song for everyone, “America the Beautiful.”
